Annual Summer BBQ Bash

Dear DAYO Families,

We are excited to invite all DAYO families to our Annual Summer BBQ Bash on Saturday, June 20th at Hatters Park Pavilion located at 11 East Hayestown Rd.

This special event is an opportunity for participants and families from all DAYO sports programs — basketball, cheer, lacrosse, flag football, girls fall flag football, tackle football, speed & agility, track, and t-ball — to come together as one DAYO family for a fun-filled day of food, games, laughter, and community.

Attached to this email you will find a link to our Google Form. We ask that all families please complete the form to let us know whether or not you will be attending. The form will also include:

Volunteer sign-up opportunities to help during the event

Food and item sign-up lists organized by last name groups

We strongly encourage all families to participate in volunteering and contributing in some way to help make this event a success for everyone. Events like this are only possible through the support and involvement of our amazing DAYO community.

We look forward to bringing all of our programs together and celebrating another great year as one family.
