Welcome to Danbury and Connecticut's Premiere Youth Spring Flag Football League. Where our goal is to have fun and learn the game of Flag Football in a Competitive Non Contact environment.

Registration for the 2026 Spring Flag Football season is open . 


Games are played on Sunday's at Broadview Middle School. (Kaplanis Turf Football Field)

Players and teams are made up of five divisions. These are separated by age groups.

All participants must be signed up online, no exceptions.  There is a limited number of players for each division. Once filled you will be placed on a waiting list.

Player Evaluation Combine will be held  at
CSA-Ct Arena, New Milford CT

Saturday February 21, Divisions 1 & 2
Division 1 Check in 12:00 PM  Combine from 12:30 - 2:00PM
Division 2 Check in 1:30PM Combine 2:00 - 3:30PM

Saturday February  28, Divisions 3 & 4
Division 3 Check in 12: PM  Combine from 12:30 - 2:00PM
Division 4  Check in 1:30PM Combine 2:00 - 3:30PM

This season we will be adding a new division for 4 & 5 year olds.  This is an  instructional level giving each child the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of throwing, catching and learning plays.   All players at this level will practice together each week and will play games  on Sunday. Teams will be picked each week prior to game.
We will post update on website, Facebook Page (DAYONFLUSAFlagFootball), as well as by registered emails.

The Player Evaluation is important so all players can start to meet the Coaches and other Players. Also for the coaches to Evaluate all players Skill level to Draft teams fairly. If you plan to Coach Please reach out to Ryan Saunders so you can participate in Combine.

Teams will be formed during a Coaches Draft night following Player Evaluations.  Coaches will then contact their teams with practice schedule and locations. The Jamboree is Tentatively scheduled for Sunday March 29
Games are tentatively set to begin April 19 thru June 7 on Sundays with the exception of Saturday May 23 (Memorial Day Weekend)
Playoffs begin following week
